4t veg/canola oil
1 med onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
2t tomato paste
2 t anchovy paste
1/4 c red wind vinegar
3/4 c red wine (i used a pinot noir)
2 c beef broth
1 (26.46 oz) box chopped tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1 t thyme
1 t fresh rosemary
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
