White Bean, Mushroom, and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients

2/12-3 cups cooked navy beans (or 2 15 oz cans)
1 cup long grain and wild rice blend
7 cups vegetable broth (preferably reduced sodium)
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 vidalia onion (or other sweet onion)
1 cup chopped sweet bell peppers (red, orange, or yellow)
1/2 bunch of greens such as kale, collard greens, or swiss chard (this was about 4 large leaves of collard greens)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
