1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 green or red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced lengthwise
1 tbs. thai red curry paste
1 lb. beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut across the grain into thin, bite-size strips
2 tbs. toasted and chopped peanuts
1/4 cup slivered fresh basil, preferably thai
Steamed rice for serving
