Ingredients

1+3/4 cup pumpkin puree (or 1 15-oz can)
4 ounces applesauce
1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup sugar (or 1/2 c sugar + 1/2 c erythritol)
2 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
1+1/2 ounce roasted, unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-3 sprinkles cloves
1 sprinkle nutmeg
2 cups flour (i use white whole wheat)
1+1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
