2 cups rolled oats ( i used scottish)
1/2 cup flaked coconut (either sweetened or unsweetened)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup slivered almonds
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
Additional dried fruit ( of your choice) add ins: 1 1/2 cups
