Hot peppers of our choice (optional)
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 yellow tomato chopped
3 tbs. unbleached all-purpose flour
1 to 2 tbs. hot, smoked or sweet paprika
3/4 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
