Ingredients

2lb thin steak of your choice( i used strip steak)
2 cups rice
3 cups chicken stock or water for rice preparation(i prefer to use stock)
1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped fine
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
About 8oz fresh mushrooms, chopped(i used wild, but any variety will work)
6oz cream cheese, very soft
1/4 cup white wine
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt, pepper, and steak seasoning of your choice
