1 lb medium-large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 cup soybean sprouts
1 can coconut milk
3 scallions, chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
1 t ginger root, crushed and diced
2 cloves of garlic, crushed and diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced (reserve seeds to add heat)
1 -2 tsp salt (i used almost 2, but go with what you like)
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tsp corn starch
1 baguette
3 t butter, divided
