1 t veg oil
1 egg beaten ( i use 2 i like more egg in it)
3/4 c cubed cooked pork
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c canned bean sprouts
2 c cold cooked long grain rice (great for left over rice)]
1/4 c chicken broth (this gives a lot of flavor)
1 t soy sauce
1 green onion sliced
1/4 tsp sugar
Dash pepper
