1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
Salad:
8 oz. thin noodles, cooked
2 cups sliced mushrooms
24 fresh snow peas
1 red bell pepper, sliced in strips
4 green onions, cut in strips using tops
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 medium jicama, sliced or can of water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
