Ingredients

3/4 pound dream fields linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (not bottled!)
1/2 cup white wine
1 bunch asparagus stalked, trimmed to 1 inch pieces
3/4 cup broccoli florets
3/4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (or 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes)
1 cup freshly chopped flat leaf italian parsley (use fresh herbs for maximum flavor!!!)
Salt & fresh ground pepper
Parmesan cheese (optional)
