1 large salmon fillet cut into 4- 6 pieces ( or use salmon steaks or other fish )
Pesto sauce:
1 bunch of fresh basil leaves ( stems removed )
1/4 bunch of fresh fernleaf dill
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup half and half or cream
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil to start- using more to make desired thickness and consistency
1 large clove of garlic
Salt and fresh black pepper as desired
