Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
3 tbs finely minced red onion*
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
*original recipe calls for 1/3 cup diced celery. i never keep celery around and i prefer onion so i made this change.
