4 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
Pepper (optional)
6 egg whites
1 egg yolk
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons salt
6 tablespoons milk or 6 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper
1 -2 cup flour (set aside to use while rolling out the noodles)
