1 medium-size onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cups chicken or turkey stock
1 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon crumbled or powdered dried sage
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups diced cooked turkey
2 cups leftover vegetables (if you don't have enough, you can substitute frozen vegetables)
