1�_ piece fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon coconut palm sugar (or natural sugar)
1.5 teaspoons (regular) soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin (rice wine)
2.5 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon fermented black beans, smashed with knife blade
8 ounces bean sprouts
2 tablespoons safflower (or canola) oil, divided
