2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
2 teaspoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
4 scallions, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 lb ground fatty pork
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons asian sesame oil
