3 cups pork roast, (precooked and chopped- i used leftover pork roast)
1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain white rice
1 jalapeno, seeds removed
1/4 cup red onion
3 cups chicken stock (or broth)
28 ounces crushed tomatoes in puree
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
