This summer every Wednesday is Summer MovieCamp at AMC Theatres across the country! The 10 am show each week will feature a kid-friendly movie (tomorrow's flick is "Space Chimps") that will run you just $1 per person. Proceeds from admission and concession sales during MovieCamp will benefit Variety – The Children's Charity and the Will Rogers Institute. If you want to schedule a group outing, tickets can be purchased in bulk one week in advance at the box office or online (for some theaters). There's even a great concession deal: the AMC KidsPack is only $3 during MovieCamp and includes a kids’-size drink, kids’-size popcorn and kids’-size snack. Some AMC locations may not be participating, so be sure to check the list on their Web site for MovieCamp locations, but also call ahead to be sure the info online is correct for your location.
