Everyone is looking to cut, prices, budgets and time spent on their beauty maintenace. The one thing that can’t be cut though is our SPF. The number one rule that you’ll hear from every dermatologist from New York to California is that you must wear SPF every day, that includes rainy days too.
Unfortunately no one wants to go into the office smelling like they are headed out on a Carnival Cruise so here at RedPlum we decided to scour the shelves of your favorite beauty haunts to find you some great products that already contain SPF in them. Now if only we could figure out a way to get dinner ready while we are on our commute home.
- Moisturizer Plus Sunblock. No matter how pared down your beauty routine is you can’t pass on wearing moisturizer. This one from Neutrogena has an SPF of 45 which is the type of coverage you want to prevent future sun damage.
- Baby Lotion and Sunblock. As a Mom with small kids you are already carrying what seems like the kitchen sink around in your bag, the last thing you want to do is add in products for yourself. Mustela to the rescue. This sunblock is perfect for protecting all the most sensitive little bits of your baby and you.
- Mineral Makeup and Sunscreen. Bare Escentuals has created for us a mineral powder sunscreen with an SPF30 that will not only protect our skin and body from harmful rays but also is infused with healthy vitamins and antioxidants to help nourish our skin.
- Lip Plumper, Healer and Sunblock. The environment can certainly do a job on our kissers, but here are two products that will protect and enhance that pretty little pout throughout all the seasons. Great for those who are prone to dry cracking lips and cold sores, this lip treatment by El Solutions with SPF 18 will help heal your pucker so you’ll be kissable in no time. Fresh Lips with SPF 15 heals protects and plumps that kisser up. Talk about multi-tasking!
