Stability Ball

According to Shaun, there are three "must have" pieces of equipment every home gym needs:

1. A stability ball ($25) creates resistance, which burns more calories and engages your core. “The core is your base and essential for stronger abdominals accompanied with lower back strength”, says Shaun. You can do crunches, hamstring curls and pushups using a stability ball.
